RUDY GADRE JOINS EVRI AS VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Former Facebook General Counsel Joins Evri Following the Company’s Open Beta
Seattle, WA-October 1, 2008 Evri (www.evri.com), a technology company focused on helping people discover and engage with Web content, today announced that Rudy Gadre joined the company as vice president of business operations. Gadre joins Evri following two years as Facebook’s General Counsel. In this newly created position at Evri, Gadre will oversee legal and intellectual property, human resources, and financial planning. In addition, Rudy will be responsible for building audience, driving customer acquisition and other Evri.com marketing activities. Evri CEO Neil Roseman made the announcement.

Prior to Facebook, Rudy held positions in technology and IP law at Beacon Law Advisors, Amazon.com and Perkins Coie, LLP. Rudy earned a J.D. from the University Of Washington School Of Law and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
Earlier this week, Evri opened its beta to the public at www.evri.com, including the Evri content recommendation widget, Profile pages, and the Evri Garden, a technology playground where people can directly interact with the same back end system that Evri scientists and engineers use.
