Jesse Hubbard (b. September 18, 1975) is a professional lacrosse player. He is a member of Major League Lacrosse's Los Angeles Riptide. He plays the position of attack.
Hubbard led the Major League Lacrosse in scoring each season from 2001 to 2003, and was named to the MLL All-Star Team 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006. Prior to the 2008 MLL season, Hubbard was traded to the Los Angeles Riptide in exchange for a first round 2009 MLL Collegiate Draft pick. He had been a member of the New Jersey Pride since 2001.
Hubbard played middle and high school lacrosse at St. Albans School in Washington, DC where he was a captain and earned All-Metropolitan and All-American honors. Hubbard attended Princeton University where he led the Tigers to three NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships. He was a three time All-American in 1996, 1997 & 1998; named to the All NCAA Tournament Team in 1997 & 1998; and All Ivy League, 1997 & 1998. Was the first player to be Ivy League Rookie of the year as a freshman and Ivy League Player of the Year as a sophomore. Scored the winning goal in overtime in Princeton's 1996 national championship win over University of Virginia. Played for the US National team in the 1998 World Games. Was named number 11 of the top 20 athletes in Princeton Tiger history by the Daily Princetonian.
Hubbard also played for the Baltimore Thunder in the National Lacrosse League from 1999 to 2001. In 1999, he was named NLL Rookie of the Year.
