Ian Gough (born 10 November 1976) is a Welsh rugby union footballer, currently playing for the Ospreys in the Celtic League. His usual position is at lock. He has also played for the Welsh national team, making his debut against South Africa in 1998, and has been a regular since, including playing in the 2006 Six Nations Championship, and the mid year series against Argentina.
