Horace Everett (July 17, 1779 - January 30, 1851) was a United States Representative from Vermont. He was born in Foxboro, Massachusetts. He graduated from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island in 1797. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1801 and commenced practice in Windsor, Vermont. He was the prosecuting attorney for Windsor County 1813-1818.
Everett was a member of the Vermont House of Representatives in 1819, 1820, 1822, 1824, and again in 1834. He was a delegate to the State constitutional convention in 1828. He was elected as an Anti-Jacksonian candidate to the Twenty-first through the Twenty-fourth Congresses, and reelected as a Whig to the Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth, and Twenty-seventh Congresses (March 4, 1829 - March 3, 1843). He died in Windsor, Vermont in 1851 and was buried in Old South Burying Ground.
