More on Brett Morris
Description from Wikipedia:
Brett Morris (born 23 August 1986 in Kiama, NSW) is an Australian professional rugby league player for the St George Illawarra Dragons in the National Rugby League competition. His position of choice is fullback.
During the last moments of a game against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium, Morris contested a Mathew Head bomb with Fraser Anderson, and Morris caught the ball and scored a last-gasp try. Referee Tony Archer sent the decision upstairs, and after the try was awarded coach Nathan Brown decided to give the goalkicking duties to hooker Aaron Gorrell, who kicked the winning conversion from the sideline, prompting Ray Warren to say: "I don't know! Yes I do! The Dragons have got home!". Head had kicked the last two conversions.
Brett is the son of St. George Dragons and rugby league legend, Steve Morris. His twin brother, Josh Morris, plays in the NRL for the Bulldogs.
Brett Morris has agreed to stay with the Dragons until the end of 2012. Brett said after his re-signing: “I enjoy living in Wollongong, it is where my family and friends are and the Dragons are the team I grew up supporting so I’m very happy to be staying."
Brett is also just the 9th player in NRL history to score 4 tries in a match. This was against the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 9, 2009 in which the Dragons lost 24-20
