Ameer Sultan is a Tamil movie director. He has, till date, directed three films, with the latest being released in early 2007. He has recently started work in his debut film as the protagonist.
Ameer Sulthan was born on April 2, 1966 in Madurai,
India. He initially studied economics and worked as an
entrepreneur before starting to work as an assistant director
to Tamil filmmaker Bala in 2002. Shortly thereafter, he
directed his first film, Mounam Pesiyadhey, and set up his
own production company, Teamwork Production House.
