TomorrowNow, was founded in December 1998 by Andrew Nelson to provide upgrade and technical service to PeopleSoft licensees with large, complex environments. In March 2002, the company refocused its service offerings to provide third-party maintenance and support service to enterprise software licensees. In January, 2005, TomorrowNow was acquired by Oracle's competitor SAP AG. As a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP, TomorrowNow also provided support services as an integral part of the SAP Safe Passage program.
