LM Glasfiber has approximately 4,700 employees worldwide (2007). The head offices are located in Lunderskov, Denmark. The company has blade production and service units at 12 locations in 8 countries: Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States (Grand Forks, North Dakota, Little Rock, Arkansas), Canada, India and China. In addition to this, LM Glasfiber also has a global network of R&D centres.
The principal shareholders of LM Glasfiber are the Doughty Hanson & Co. Ltd. partnerships. Doughty Hanson & Co. is a company incorporated in England and Wales and headquartered in London. It is the intention of the shareholders to work towards a listing of the company on a stock exchange.
